Job Introduction
As a member of the Marketing and Distribution Division, the
Marketing implementation of Al Jazeera Media Network's marketing activities for the agreed overall Network's Marketing Strategy. Responsibilities
• Support in the implementation of the global marketing strategy for AJ improve brand perceptions for channels including, but not limited to, Regional channels and services, in order to help drive consumption and Strategy, Communications, International and Regional News marketing AJA, AJM, AJMM, AJB, AJT, AJAM avoid conflict in messaging/activity • Support in the implementation of key Above The Line (ATL), Below The teams as well as Edutainment marketing teams to ensure alignment and • Work closely with other functions within the Network including Brand budgets/timescales Line (BTL), and B2B integrated marketing campaigns within agreed • Monitor and analyse key market, consumer and competitor trends using results, evaluation and recommendations whilst continuously updating • Support in Providing reports detailing marketing achievements, available internal/external data campaigns. the report when needed as per implemented activity, activations and • Maintain an up-to-date awareness of trends and developments across the field of traditional, digital, activation and social media marketing, ensuring these are considered during planning and implementation of marketing activity • Work with advertising agencies and suppliers during the development and implementation of key marketing activity • Administer and process relevant budget-related tasks including invoicing and payment tracking. • Provide day-to-day administrative support for the team.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications or Business related field
Experience
• Bachelor Degree • Preferably a minimum of 1 year experience in Marketing related role
